International Yoga Day
Due to COVID19, we realized that health is more important than anything else in our life.
Therefore, to boost up our physical and mental condition, YOGA is one of the best way.
We will celebrate the International Yoga Day on June 21st to raise global awareness about the benefits of the ancient Indian practice.
As COVID-19 crisis is still on and we need to keep maintaining the social distance so we will celebrate the IDOY-2020 virtually through Zoom.

This is what you need.
- A Zoom account (its free)
- White T-Shirt (if possible)
- Yoga mat (if possible)
- Set your camera as all the participants are visible.
- Keep your mic muted but video on.
- If possible don’t eat any heavy food before the Yoga session
Here is the plan.
We will share a Zoom link in advance. You may pass it to your friends who are willing to take part. The session will be recorded and may share on SNS.
Yoga instructor Mr. Santanu Laskar will guide us through some essential yoga postures.

09:45 ~ 10:00 : Zoom VC start and testing the connection
10:00 ~ 10:15 : Opening speech by president (Swapan Biswas)
10:15 ~ 10:45 : Yoga session by Mr. Santanu Laskar
10:45 ~ 10:55 : Open discussion (Q&A session)
10:55 ~ 11:00 : Closing speech by Anupam Mitra
